RENO, Nev. (Dec. 5, 2025) – Visit Reno Tahoe invites the community to celebrate the season with a festive round of bowling at the Holiday Bowl on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the National Bowling Stadium (NBS). A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Washoe County Honorary Deputy Sheriff’s Association and support its annual Shop with the Sheriff program.

Holiday Bowl is part of Visit Reno Tahoe’s ongoing Public Bowling Days, a community-driven initiative that opens the doors to the NBS, offering the public a rare opportunity to experience this world-class venue outside of competitive events. The National Bowling Stadium, known for its 78 lanes and distinctive architecture, provides a festive and inclusive setting for friends, families, and neighbors to bowl together this holiday season.

General admission is $50 per lane (up to five bowlers), which includes shoe rentals, bowling balls and complimentary parking in the NBS lot. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Holiday Bowl’s toy drive to receive a raffle ticket to win prizes.

“Holiday Bowl is a perfect way to bring our community together — to share in the holiday spirit, enjoy a game with friends or family, and support a worthy cause in our own backyard,” said Visit Reno Tahoe President and CEO Mike Larragueta.

Public Bowling Days like the Holiday Bowl offer a family-friendly, joyful experience, allowing residents and visitors alike to enjoy the “Taj Mahal of Tenpins” in a relaxed, festive atmosphere, just in time for the holidays.
