RSCVA Purchasing Department
The RSCVA Purchasing department is responsible for the timely procurement of needed supplies, equipment and services for five (5) facilities including the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, National Bowling Stadium, Reno Events Center, Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center and Wildcreek Golf Course. As a government agency we are able to join and use other government contracts provided by NRS 332.195 and are eligible for all government pricing. The RSCVA's policy is to secure the best possible line of procurement through vendor relations, while ensuring potential vendors have an equal opportunity to vie for the RSCVA business.

Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center Roof Repair and Replacement
The Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (“RSCVA”) is currently soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) for the following: roof replacement and repairs project consisting of metal roofing at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center. This project also includes tear-off, insulation, roof accessories and purlin work at three buildings.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur on September 6, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center, Administrative Offices, 1350 North Wells Ave., Reno, NV.
