RENO, Nev. (Aug. 14, 2026) – Visit Reno Tahoe is inviting the greater community, along with friends and family, to take part in the “Furever Home Bowl,” the first event of Visit Reno Tahoe’s 2026 Public Bowling Days series at the National Bowling Stadium (NBS).
The Furever Home Bowl will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 18th from 6-8 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Nevada Humane Society, making a big difference for the animals in our community who are searching for their forever home.
“Public Bowling Days have become very special for us because we are not just connecting our community to bowling but also raising thousands of dollars for a variety of organizations at each event,” said Mike Larragueta, President and CEO of Visit Reno Tahoe. “We are excited to kick off the next series of Public Bowling Days with the Furever Home Bowl.”
Admission is $50 per ticket, with each ticket admitting up to five bowlers per lane. Shoe rental, bowling balls, and free parking in the NBS garage are also included in the ticket price. Across its 78 championship lanes, participants can enjoy a night full of friendly competition while supporting a meaningful cause.

The Furever Home Bowl gives both residents and visitors an opportunity to experience an iconic Reno landmark, which attracts over 250,000 visitors per year, while making a clear impact on in-need pets in the community.
Visit Reno Tahoe is excited to continue the Public Bowling Days series with events that support local community causes. Upcoming dates include Sep. 22, for the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern Nevada, Oct. 14 for Nevada Health Centers, Nov. 10 for Veterans Alliance, and Dec. 8 for Renown Children’s Hospital.
