Clara Andriola

Board Member

Clara Andriola currently serves as the Chair of the Washoe County Board of County Commissioners. She was appointed in 2023 and elected in 2024, Clara represents District 4 which includes, unincorporated Sparks, Spanish Springs & Hidden Valley. A proud northern Nevadan since 1988, she’s led organizations like the Reno Rodeo Foundation, American Red Cross, and Associated Builders & Contractors Nevada.

Clara earned her MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and holds multiple nonprofit management credentials. For seven years, she shared her expertise as an adjunct professor, teaching Organizational Behavior and Leadership.

When she’s not serving Washoe County, Clara enjoys skiing in the Sierras, cooking, gardening, and time with family.
